Terms of Play

• Parental/carer supervision is required for all children during your visit with us at Coco’s Playbarn.

• Height restriction during public hours is 4'7" or 140cm in height may play. Children over this height may play at the discretion of the supervising staff. No height restriction during private hire.

• All shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. These can be purchased onsite if needed.

• Coco’s is a smoke free zone including any outside areas.

• We have a full menu available and always aim to have options for all allergens or intolerances.  please please to staff.  Only food and drinks purchased at Coco’s may be consumed while visiting.  Birthday cake is an exception and we are always happy to help in your celebration!

• A deposit of £50 is required at time of any party booking. The balance is due on the day of the party.

• Please inform staff at your earliest convenience if any members of your party have food intolerances or allergies.  Staff will be able to provide full allergen details on request.

• Deposits are non-refundable however we will happily change the date or time if problems arise (subject to availability and with at least 7 days notice).

• Any additional siblings who accompany party children will be charged our normal entrance fee to play.
